Senior Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accounting Manager will manage the quote-to-cash accounting operations in the U.S. for Raptor Technologies, leading a team of 7.

In Short

• Manage U.S. Revenue Accounting function and general accounting operations.
• Improve revenue lifecycle operations and oversee collections activities.
• Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure accurate revenue recording.
• Track and report on key metrics related to revenue and collections.
• Participate in annual audits and other periodic audits.
• Establish a world-class culture within the team.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations activities.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring and employment decisions.

Requirements

• Active CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with 5+ in revenue recognition.
• 5+ years in collections within a SaaS or technology-focused company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS billing models and revenue recognition.
• Experience managing accounts receivable and collections processes.
• Experience leading a team of at least 3 people.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite.
• Ability to work Central time zone hours.
• Some Salesforce and M&A experience preferred.
