Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for a wide variety of analytical tasks including financial modeling and reporting, expense budgeting and monitoring, forecasting, and general financial analysis. This role will be a key member of the FP&A organization working as a highly visible business partner for the executive team providing insight, guidance, and recommendation on financial and operational performance.

• Design, develop, and deliver informative reporting on various financial metrics.
• Develop complex financial modeling to accurately predict business performance.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of Adaptive Insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision making.
• Partner with accounting to review monthly actual expenses and perform variance analysis.
• Inform and educate business areas about the financial impact of decisions.
• Prepare customized management-level reports and dashboards.
• Champion data management and data quality across the organization.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting for Board and Senior Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 6-8 years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
• Experience in a private equity backed company required; SaaS preferred.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills required.
• Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights.
• Knowledge of the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to foster effective working relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
