Overview

The Project Management Support Specialist provides administrative, coordination, and operational support to Project Managers to ensure projects are organized, documented, and executed efficiently.

In Short

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, and task tracking systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Organize project files and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Assist with preparing project proposals, presentations, and status reports.
  • Support project onboarding and administrative setup when new projects begin.
  • Serve as a point of coordination between Project Managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Help track communication threads and maintain records of decisions and changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
