Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist executes Raptor’s enablement plan by building, maintaining, and delivering training and field-ready content. You will run onboarding and monthly trainings, administer our LMS/knowledge base, and keep materials current with product releases and sales-process updates.

In Short

  • Facilitate new-hire onboarding and monthly all-sales training.
  • Administer Lessonly and manage content in Highspot/SharePoint.
  • Deliver training and onboarding sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics for QBRs/SKO.
  • Pull reports from Salesforce and Gong.
  • Maintain an enablement calendar and track tasks.
  • Support sales plays and launches.
  • Keep assets current with product releases.
  • Provide light reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate across teams and time zones.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or related fields.
  • Strong facilitation and writing skills.
  • Experience with LMS and knowledge-base administration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Gong.
  • Project coordination discipline.
  • Excellent communication and service mindset.
  • Basic design skills for polished assets.
  • Experience supporting QBR/SKO operations.
  • Familiarity with UK education terminology.
