Ramp is seeking a dynamic, technically inclined operator to help us develop the most effective knowledge management systems and practices in the tech industry.

• Own Knowledge Management at Ramp to ensure accurate product pitching and customer support.
• Manage critical inputs to AI products for accuracy and ease of development.
• Design systems for organizing and surfacing product knowledge across the company.
• Maintain centralized knowledge repositories with standards for governance.
• Advocate for knowledge management best practices within internal teams.
• Define KPIs for adoption and effectiveness of knowledge management systems.
• Incorporate evolving best practices in knowledge management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in system architecture and operational analytics.
• Cross-functional project management experience.
• Proven track record in building operational processes.
• Strong investigative and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communicator with technical writing skills.
• Familiarity with modern AI systems.
• [Preferred] Experience in information systems or knowledge management.
