Overview

As a Manager for Account Executives at Ramp, you will lead a team responsible for hunting, pitching, and closing new business, while collaborating with various departments to drive sales success.

In Short

  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives.

  • Hire and train new AEs on products and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive pipeline initiatives.
  • Build dashboards to report on team performance.
  • Optimize systems and processes for team efficiency.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process with new clients.
  • Create resources for the AE team.
  • Partner with Ops to evaluate performance metrics.
  • Represent the AE team cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience as an individual contributor.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading sales teams.
  • Success in fast-paced GTM environments, preferably at SaaS companies.
  • Strong hiring and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools like Salesforce and Excel.
  • Ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvements.
