This role drives Ramp’s upmarket growth by designing and executing world-class experiential marketing programs that create unforgettable brand moments, deepen customer and partner relationships, and accelerate pipeline.

In Short

  • Lead Ramp’s experiential marketing and hospitality strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end event lifecycle across Ramp’s tentpole events.
  • Concept and deliver bespoke brand experiences.
  • Develop and activate co-branded experiential campaigns with partners.
  • Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Brand, and Enablement teams.
  • Define and track success metrics for all activations.
  • Collaborate with data teams to establish dashboards and reporting.
  • Document and share learnings to evolve Ramp’s experiential playbook.
  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in field marketing or event management.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site event management.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, or event management.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver large-scale events.
  • Strong track record of partner collaboration.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling and experiential design.
  • Comfort working with executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Bonus: Experience in sports partnerships or luxury hospitality.
