RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Solution Consultant to drive post-sale client implementations, working with Fortune 500 companies to enhance their event experiences through innovative software solutions.

In Short

• Become an expert in RainFocus platform.
• Train clients on tools and processes.
• Configure the RainFocus platform.
• Identify business requirements and workflows.
• Facilitate system design and architecture workshops.
• Document requirements and solution designs.

• Must be fluent in English and Japanese.

Requirements

• 2-7+ years of software implementation experience.
• Experience with SaaS platforms for enterprise clients.
• Proven track record in process design and efficiency.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
• Preferred skills: HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON.
