Overview

The Client Success Manager at RainFocus is responsible for ensuring an outstanding client experience, driving client adoption, success, and retention through strong relationships and understanding of client goals.

In Short

  • Lead client engagement and partnership.

  • Monitor client’s use of RainFocus product features.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for account health.
  • 3+ years of client success experience required.
  • Experience in SaaS preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional business experience.
  • Experience with C-level executives preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening skills and client-focused approach.
  • Proven success in client relationship management.
  • Comfortable with change and prioritizing tasks.
