Overview

RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Project Manager to drive project execution and client success, working remotely with clients to implement their event lifecycle using RainFocus software.

In Short

• Remote position available anywhere in the USA.
• Manage project implementation for clients using RainFocus software.
• Coordinate multiple work streams and remove obstacles.

• Travel up to 20% for client events and meetings.
• Work hours from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. PST.
• Experience in project management and software implementation is essential.
• Utilize project management tools to manage complex projects.
• Provide change management support for first-year event clients.
• Monitor project financial performance against targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office suite.
• Highly self-motivated and autonomous.
• Experience in a consulting environment or client-facing role.
• Detail-oriented with documentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as required.
• Event industry experience and PMP certification are a plus.
