Overview

The Personal Consultant, International (PC) for Azamara Cruises is responsible for promoting sales directly to consumers through outbound phone calls, focusing on nurturing strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to assess travel needs and promote Azamara products.
  • Build and maintain high-quality customer relationships.
  • Manage a contact database to track client travel trends.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry and Azamara offerings.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and sales training sessions.
  • Engage in mass email campaigns targeting specific customer profiles.
  • Perform additional job-related functions as needed.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum one year sales experience required; cruise sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication and multitasking abilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year sales experience; cruise sales a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with travel reservation systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM products, especially HubSpot, is a plus.
  • Ability to work under stress and multitask effectively.
  • High energy and drive to reach sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Physical ability to meet call center demands.
