Overview

As an International Program Consultant at WorldStrides, you will be a key driver of business growth by selling our international educational programs to schools, teachers, and students.

In Short

• Win new business and expand existing business within your assigned schools and territory.
• Help teachers at the middle school and high school levels build and enhance their school's international travel programs.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
• Assess each prospect's needs and goals, and communicate our value proposition.
• Prepare compelling proposals and navigate through decision-making processes.
• Meet and exceed sales activity targets and seasonal sales goals.
• Contribute new ideas, market feedback, and successful sales strategies.

Requirements

• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Experience in educational programs or travel sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
