In Short

  • Seeking a results-driven Service Desk Analyst with 2+ years of experience.
  • Provide Service Desk phone support and onsite deskside support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Will represent WorldStrides Global IT at remote offices.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call team rotation.
  • Travel to other regional office locations as needed.
  • Support internal clients with first contact resolution.
  • Provide remote phone-based support in a heterogeneous technology environment.
  • Create Distribution Lists and manage user access in Office 365.
  • Participate in a fast-paced, agile development schedule.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support or similar role.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications preferred.
  • Basic Linux CLI, sysadmin, and network diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demanding timeframes.
  • Self-directed and collaborative team player.
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge.
  • Ability to assess employee's IT knowledge levels.
  • Positive attitude and motivation in a dynamic environment.
  • Good analytical skills.
