Overview

As an Interface Solutions Consultant at Deel, you will create robust, sustainable interface solutions between the Unity system and clients' HCM, T&A, Treasury, and Finance systems, contributing to the transformation of global talent connections.

• Create detailed and well-documented solutions for clients.
• Investigate customer requirements and document them clearly.
• Prepare technical specifications when necessary.
• Design and deliver various reports and interfaces.

Requirements

• Strong consultancy and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and create solutions.

• Solid understanding of Payroll and related processes.
• Programming background in MS Access, VBA, XML, SQL is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of data types and transformation tools.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
