RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Director of Sales Enablement to design and execute an enablement strategy that drives predictable revenue across multiple products and customer segments.

In Short

  • Lead the enablement strategy for RainFocus’s multi-product platform.
  • Design sales motions for various use cases.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success for account expansion.
  • Standardize opportunity management processes.
  • Execute sales certification programs to improve rep productivity.
  • Align Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Define and track enablement impact metrics.
  • Build tools and processes for improved forecasting.
  • Facilitate Continuous Sales Training.
  • Drive consistency in sales execution across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement or related roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in multi-product enterprise sales environments.
  • Proven success in driving revenue through enablement.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Operational, structured, and metrics-driven approach.
  • Experience with Product and Product Marketing collaboration.
  • Preferred background in enterprise software or marketing technology.
  • Experience building or scaling enablement functions.
