In Short

• Lead a strategic group of Account Executives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Enhance skills in managing pipeline, demoing the product, and closing deals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement teams.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Report on key metrics related to qualified pipeline targets.
• Coordinate with Partnerships Team to drive sales leads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in HR Tech or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to coach and develop sales professionals.
• Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
