In Short

  • Manage key customer accounts and drive product adoption.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities for mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and gather customer feedback.
  • Educate customers on best practices and new features.
  • Deliver customized training sessions and address inquiries.
  • Track satisfaction scores and monitor usage trends.
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
  • Provide insights and updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions and analyze data.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
