Corporate Counsel - Supply Chain - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a fluent bilingual Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team in Mexico. This role involves providing commercial transactions support to the global supply chain business unit and working closely with various internal client business units across all regions.

In Short

• Act as a legal business partner and advisor to the global supply chain business unit.
• Structure, draft and revise supply chain policy and templates.
• Provide legal account management and advice on key business partnerships.
• Lead legal review and negotiation of complex supply chain contracts.
• Advise on legal compliance and governance.
• Assist with pre-litigation disputes and work with the Global Litigation team.
• Provide support and advice for M&A transactions involving supply chain issues.

Requirements

• JD degree or international equivalent and active license to practice law in Mexico.
• 3-7 years of relevant post qualification legal experience.
• Proactive and effective communicator with excellent listening skills.
• Proven team player and collaborator.
• Flexible approach with a global perspective.
• Ability to simplify, problem solve, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent commercial and strategic business judgment.
• Fluency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
