Overview

The Benefits Expert for EMEA will support the strategic development and implementation of benefit programs, focusing on retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, and wellbeing initiatives.

In Short

  • Participate in strategic development of benefits and wellbeing strategy.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and ensure compliance.
  • Lead implementation of new programs and plan design changes.
  • Analyze program use and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Create communications for benefits and wellbeing programs.
  • Provide customer service to employees and partners.
  • Support benefits processes like renewal and surveys.
  • Create business cases for benefits implementation in EMEA.
  • Ensure familiarity with company procedures and compliance.
  • Work in a hybrid model, expected to be in the office on specific days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • 5 years of experience in benefits and retirement plan management.
  • Experience managing confidential data and outsourced vendors.
  • Negotiation experience with works councils and unions.
  • Experience with project management and tools like SharePoint and Teams.
  • Knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and regulations is preferred.
  • High-level Excel skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
