Rockwell Automation is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Connected Worker product team, focusing on bridging customer needs with technical delivery in the manufacturing space.

• Support development and evolution of manufacturing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in Agile environments.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into actionable requirements.
• Experience with cloud-based or SaaS products preferred.
• Exposure to Connected Worker platforms and IIoT solutions is a plus.
