Overview

As an Account Executive on the Sales Team at QuickNode, you will drive the expansion across the Web3 ecosystem, managing the full sales cycle and closing strategic partnerships with blockchain-native companies.

In Short

  • Drive $2–$5M+ in ARR and manage the customer lifecycle from lead generation to renewal.
  • Execute a full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, technical validation, pricing, negotiation, and close.
  • Build relationships with leading Web3 organizations including L1/L2 protocols and DeFi platforms.
  • Engage technical and non-technical stakeholders to uncover infrastructure needs.
  • Represent QuickNode at Web3 events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape offerings and close deals.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to accounts, identifying new use cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or infrastructure sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Web3 space and its key ecosystems.
  • Proven success selling to blockchain-native companies.
  • Experience with IaaS, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation capabilities.
  • Skilled in discovery and consultative selling for technical products.
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
