Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within an assigned geographic territory, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Located in the Chicago area.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Min 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Specific knowledge of architectural products is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Solid working knowledge of the contract sales process.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Base: 100k - 120k, + monthly commission/bonus structure.
