Join Quench as a Field Sales Account Executive and be at the forefront of our expansion in vibrant Atlanta, GA. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead Quench's growth journey, cultivating relationships, driving sales, and delivering tailored solutions to our valued customers.

In Short

  • Drive Quench's rapid growth through face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreach.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with Quench customers.
  • Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity.
  • Play a pivotal role in customer retention and contract extension.
  • Handle administrative duties such as preparing sales reports and maintaining records.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

  • Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections.
  • Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Prior field sales experience is a plus.
  • Solid team player with outstanding integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com or comparable CRM system.
