Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer at Quantum Metric, you will help to support a portfolio of clients and manage the technical details of their implementation, onboarding, adoption and growth.

  • Support a portfolio of clients in their implementation and growth.
  • Guide clients to define meaningful requirements.
  • Develop custom JavaScript functions for data analytics.
  • Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports for clients.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Exhibit proficiency in JavaScript development.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics solutions.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel estimated once per month.

Requirements

  • Experience in Professional Services or Customer Success roles.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and best practices for UX/UI.
  • Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue is a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of browser developer tools.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse audience.
