Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in software/tech.
• Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including Boolean logic.
• Understanding of role-specific and organizational needs.
• Ability to craft engaging, personalized messages to candidates.
• Experience analyzing market trends and competitive talent strategies.
