Provider Sourcing Recruiter - Remote

Overview

PhyNet Dermatology is looking for a Provider Recruiting Specialist to support our provider recruiting team to help place qualified candidates in a timely manner.

In Short

• Hybrid Schedule - On-site presence required Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work available on Monday and Friday.
• Proactively source physician and mid-level candidates through various channels.
• Review CVs to pre-screen and identify candidates.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify position requirements.
• Ask for referrals from networks for hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage candidates to understand their motivations.
• Develop a pipeline of candidates for future staffing needs.
• Facilitate residency/fellowship outreach programs.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.

Requirements

• Prior sales prospecting or provider recruiting experience required.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HR management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time-management and organization skills.
• Proven experience building relationships with candidates.
• Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies.
