• Develop and execute recruiting programs and strategies.
• Build trusted partnerships with leadership teams.
• Partner with other departments to drive the recruiting process.
• Strong understanding of positions and compensation in the SaaS space.
• Ability to articulate the Qualtrics value proposition to candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in software/tech.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
• Familiarity with the sales and technology markets.
• Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques.
