Overview

The Partner Payment Specialist role is essential in managing the payment process for our partners and vendors within the Ecosystems organization. In close collaboration with finance, legal, sales, customer operations, and ecosystem teams, this role ensures timely and accurate payment reconciliation, invoice processing, and disbursement, while also engaging in ad-hoc projects for ongoing process improvements.

  • Having strong analytical skills to utilize data insights for optimizing payment processes is a critical aspect of success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or Information Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales organizations, quotas, and CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce.com).
  • Proficient in navigating and utilizing Netsuite as an ERP software.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in dynamic environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and automating tasks via macros.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets; familiarity with Coupa is a plus.
