Overview

The Leader of the Global Employee Relations Centre of Excellence will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive employee relations strategy that aligns with our company's vision, values, and global business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, or Law.
• Extensive experience in employee relations and labor law.
• Knowledge of international labor standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with unions and collective bargaining preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
