Overview

The Leader of the Global Employee Relations Centre of Excellence will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive employee relations strategy that aligns with our company's vision, values, and global business objectives. This individual will oversee the creation and implementation of policies and practices designed to foster a positive work environment, minimize risk, and ensure legal compliance across all of our global operations.

• Oversee the Global Employee Relations Centre of Excellence.
• Establish understanding of labor laws and employee relations practices.
• Develop and implement policies promoting positive employer-employee relationships.
• Lead resolution of complex employee relations issues.
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and management.
• Design training programs on employee relations topics.
• Partner with legal department to manage employment-related risks.
• Monitor trends in employee relations issues.
• Ensure practices are consistent and aligned with company values.
• Contribute to overall HR strategy and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, Law, or related field.
• Extensive experience in employee relations or labor law.
• Knowledge of international labor standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with integrity.
• Experience with unions and collective bargaining preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
