Head of Global Capability Center Leader - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leader to lead our new global capability center in Hyderabad/Bangalore. This leader will play a critical role in overseeing the center's operations, guiding our largest technical team, liaising with the Indian government, and growing important partner and network relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Cybersecurity and government regulations in India.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering and product development processes.
• Experience in supporting sales teams and engaging with enterprise customers.
• Ability to navigate cultural differences effectively.
• Proven ability to work with remote teams.
