As a Head of LATAM Customer Success leading a team of 30+ Technical Success Managers individual contributors and managers across Latin America, you will combine a passion for developing and leading teams, solving complex business problems and ensuring delivery of top-tier customer management.

  • Maintain expert knowledge of the Qualtrics XM Platform.

Requirements

  • 16+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, or operations.
  • 7+ years of people leadership and client management experience.
  • Proven track record of building scalable business operations.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to drive multiple projects.
  • Experience with client relationship management at senior levels.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
