Overview

Qualtrics is on the lookout for a proactive individual to assist two executives in our Go-to-Market (GTM) business. In this role, your primary focus will be on administrative tasks, while also being given opportunities to support team objectives, basic project coordination, and even take ownership of select projects. This role offers a significant chance for career development and learning.

In Short

  • Assist two executives in administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs and priorities of the executives.
  • Establish clear communication with executives and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Coordinate specific projects and manage business gatherings.
  • Support teams across different locations and drive team initiatives.
  • Manage the master schedule and ensure effective time management.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other executive admins.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 10-15 years of Executive Assistant experience preferred.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting an engineering organization preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail in work produced.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to new tasks with little notice.
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
