The Customer Success Team is at the heart of Qualtrics, assisting customers throughout their lifecycle to unlock the most value from our products and services.

In Short

  • Work with clients to understand their programs and objectives.
  • Leverage technical expertise to build programs that drive adoption.
  • Contribute to the long-term success of customer programs.
  • Develop meaningful client relationships aligned to account strategy.
  • Become a platform expert for strategic capabilities.
  • Maximize customer value by ensuring they have necessary tools.
  • Prepare educational content for users on platform utilization.
  • Identify implementation process improvements.
  • Drive adoption of key platform features.
  • Build and maintain multi-level client stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university.
  • 3+ years experience in a technical, consulting, or client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with customers in all phases of their adoption journey.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
