As a key member of this dynamic team, you'll engage with enterprise clients remotely, guiding them towards their Qlik goals. From seamless onboarding to strategic account development, your impact will drive customer success, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

In Short

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Develop tailored strategies for high-potential accounts.
  • Identify and address potential issues in at-risk accounts.
  • Partner with the sales team to define customer vision and strategy.
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Success teams to resolve account issues.
  • Develop customers for advocacy and maintain Business/Technical Champions.
  • Work remotely with a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster long-term partnerships and growth.

Requirements

  • Strong customer-facing experience in customer success, sales, consulting, or project management.
  • Ability to quickly understand customers' needs and develop strategies.
  • General knowledge of the SaaS Software industry.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce and Customer Success platforms.
  • Experience with Cloud, data, and analytics is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with ownership of customer success.
