Overview

Qlik is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Services Sales & Outcomes to lead our America’s Professional Services sales organization. This leader will drive the growth of Qlik’s services revenue by overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of services solution sales.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Services Solutions Leaders across strategic accounts and regions.
  • Define and execute the services sales strategy to support company-wide growth goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Qlik’s senior leadership, account executives, and customer stakeholders.
  • Own the full services sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to proposal development, SOW negotiation, and transition to delivery.
  • Drive pipeline development and manage forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation.
  • Provide executive sponsorship and oversight to strategic engagements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of services revenue using Salesforce and Qlik Sense dashboards.
  • Create and refine services sales assets, playbooks, and scoping templates.
  • Partner with Software Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to design tailored service offerings aligned to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to position new offerings and solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, master’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Professional Services Sales, Consulting, or Software Solutions.
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership role managing quota-carrying solution consultants or services sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar quotas and complex sales cycles in an enterprise software environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data management, business intelligence, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience in professional services scoping, pricing models, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and services forecasting tools.
