• Develop and configure features in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, and custom applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in ServiceNow and ITIL preferred.
