Overview

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Application Developer to design, develop, and configure ServiceNow capabilities that meet business and functional objectives for a government client.

In Short

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications to meet functional and design specifications.
• Analyze business processes in areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, logistics, and contracts.
• Design, code, test, debug, and refine software for optimized performance.
• Develop and enhance workflows to improve automation.
• Provide technical direction to development teams.
• Ensure integration and API development align with project needs.
• Prepare technical documentation, including user guides.
• Promote best practices for ServiceNow capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Java.
• 4+ years of experience as a development lead.
• Experience with integration and API development.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• 2+ years as an Implementation Specialist or Application Developer Certifications in ServiceNow.
• ICAgile Certified Professional or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• CompTIA Security+ certification (if applicable).
