Senior ServiceNow Application Developer - Remote

Overview

A skilled, detail-oriented, and self-driven ServiceNow Application Developer is sought to join the team, responsible for daily interaction with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver quality solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

In Short

• Implement features in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, AppEngine, Custom Applications, and Service Portal.
• Work on platform capabilities like Predictive Intelligence, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and more.
• Develop, configure, and maintain custom modules, forms, and workflows based on business requirements.
• Optimize platform functionalities through scripting and automation.
• Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Act as L3 escalation support for complex issues reported by business users.
• Write clear and concise technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and corporate policies.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in ServiceNow and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Asset Management.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
• ITIL Foundation Certification or higher (preferred).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
