Enterprise Applications Senior ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

The Enterprise Applications Sr. ServiceNow Developer will have a broad IT background who is detail-oriented but can also see the "big picture" from an enterprise and IT architecture standpoint. This candidate will be responsible for the configuration, integration and implementation of ServiceNow, providing scripting and developing complex workflows in the ServiceNow Platform as well as developing integrations using Snaplogic Enterprise Service Bus as enterprise integration solution.

• Mentor junior developers and provide expertise to the team.
• Lead technology team in defining quality test cases and scenarios.
• Perform daily administration and troubleshooting of ServiceNow platform.
• Work with end users on reporting and training in ServiceNow.
• Produce reports and dashboards based on defined metrics.
• Understand business requirements and ensure delivery of end products.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a similar function or role.
• 4+ years as a ServiceNow administrator/developer.
• 2+ years in Enterprise Service Bus development, Snaplogic preferred.
• Experience with project scoping, planning, and requirements gathering.
• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
