Senior Consultant- Senior ServiceNow Applications Developer - Remote

Overview

The SWIFT program is designed to support the integration, customization, and development of ICE applications and systems across various platforms. It aims to accelerate service delivery, leverage industry and government best practices, improve code quality, reduce administrative overhead, and enhance customer service. This specific task order is supporting HR. The scope of work includes rebuilding the performance management system.

• The Lead ServiceNow Developer will play a pivotal, technical-leadership role in successfully deploying ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
• Responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Technical expertise and attention to detail are critical to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must have an active government clearance.
• Ability to work autonomously with little oversight.
• Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
• Must reside in the United States and work must be performed in the United States.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related discipline preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Familiarity with the agile methodology and experience working on agile scrum teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
