Senior Consultant- Lead ServiceNow Developer - Remote

Overview

The SWIFT program is designed to support the integration, customization, and development of ICE applications and systems across various platforms. It aims to accelerate service delivery, leverage industry and government best practices, improve code quality, reduce administrative overhead, and enhance customer service. This specific task order is supporting HR. The scope of work includes rebuilding the performance management system.

• The Lead ServiceNow Developer will play a pivotal, technical-leadership role in successfully deploying ServiceNow solutions for clients.
• Responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications.
• Technical expertise and attention to detail are critical for project success.
• Active government clearance is required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Experience in an Agile environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in scripting languages is essential.
• Experience building HR systems is a plus.
• Must reside and work in the United States.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and identifying solutions.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
• Ability to design and lead complex integrations and workflows.
• Understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
