Senior Application Developer - Remote

Overview

Dev Technology is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join our growing team to develop, support, and modernize mission-critical applications for our DHS customer.

In Short

• Develop, deploy, and maintain mission-critical applications.
• Support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with software development.
• Use Java, C#, C++, and Go for application development.
• Implement enhancements and coordinate with other developers.
• Provide software development services on all tiers (UI, Java, Oracle).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Database programming using SQL and various database systems.
• Experience with Cloud and AWS Administration.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Support set up of AWS Infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of development experience.
• Experience with Java and Golang.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven.
• Java Web Services/Spring Boot/Java EE experience.
• Web Development/UI Frameworks/HTML/JavaScript experience.
• Relational Database experience (RDBMS).
• Experience in Docker and AWS Admin.
• Experience in Agile development methodology.
