Overview

The Senior Marketing Automation Business Analyst will participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of marketing automation solutions, collaborating closely with project managers, QA, development teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing automation.
• Strong organizational skills and sprint planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, including technical concepts in English.
• Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing campaign management.
• Familiarity with MarTech tools, especially Salesforce and Adobe.
• Knowledge of marketing automation standards and practices.
• Certifications in Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, Hubspot, or Braze are a plus.
