Senior Business Analyst (Marketing) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at dbt Labs, you will play a critical role in supporting marketing initiatives by bridging data across the full funnel to understand customer behavior, optimize campaigns, and accelerate revenue.

• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing activities.
• Identify data quality issues in CRM systems and flag them for resolution.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable opportunities.
• Support ROI and attribution modeling for marketing programs.
• Use historical data and predictive modeling for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing motions.
• 4+ years of experience working with data (SQL experience is a must).
• Knowledge of the lead funnel lifecycle and related metrics.
• Experience building dashboards (Tableau preferred).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with dbt is a strong plus.
