Leave of Absence Case Manager - Remote

Overview

The Leave of Absence Case Manager oversees and administers employee leave requests and accommodations requiring specialized attention for our clients’ employees.

In Short

• Administer leave requests under FMLA, ADA, and other laws.
• Maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Ensure employees understand their leave responsibilities.
• Coordinate all aspects of the leave management process.
• Keep accurate records of leave requests.
• Maintain knowledge of leave laws and best practices.
• Update leave databases in real-time.
• Work with payroll and benefits teams.
• Preserve confidentiality of employee medical documentation.
• Assist with client and employee correspondence.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Federal and State LOA, STD, and ADA.
• Experience in high-volume leave case management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Adaptable to changes in a growing organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in document signature systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Three years of Leave Management experience.
• Specialized training on FMLA/Leave administration is a plus.
