Global Senior Leave of Absence Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Sr LOA Program Manager to lead and scale our Global Leave of Absence (LOA) and Workplace Accommodation programs, as well as spearhead our wellness and worker’s compensation programs. In this role, you will design, manage, and optimize our leave and accommodation strategies, ensuring compliance with global regulations, while delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

In Short

• Own the global strategy and execution of the LOA and Workplace Accommodation programs.
• Evaluate, refine, and scale policies and processes for consistency and compliance.
• Monitor legislative developments globally for proactive compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Payroll, and external vendors.
• Develop and track key metrics for program performance and employee satisfaction.
• Work cross-functionally on policy development aligned with compliance.
• Drive change initiatives and communication strategies.
• Educate managers and employees on program resources.
• Manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
• Advocate for a compassionate and inclusive approach to leave processes.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years managing LOA and/or accommodation programs globally.
• Strong knowledge of global leave laws and accommodation requirements.
• Proven experience in program management in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional judgment and ability to manage sensitive matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with leave tracking HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
