Requirements

• 10+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex initiatives across multiple functions.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with execution.
• Skilled at guiding organizations through change.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong program management discipline with analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
