In Short

• The Senior Program Manager (SPM) oversees live training programs and engages with stakeholders.
• Requires strong problem-solving abilities and management of detailed workflows.
• Responsible for driving job-matching processes between learners and employers.
• Manage a team including Operations Analysts and instructional staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve program quality.
• Must have 7+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Strong understanding of economic empowerment issues in MENA is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Google Suite and Zoom.
• Fully remote position based in Jordan.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program/project management, ideally in education or workforce development.
• BA degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor market trends in tech and digital skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workflows under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong customer service ethic.
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Ability to hold self and others accountable for high standards.
