  • Data-driven sales discipline with CRM usage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for high-growth environments.
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach.
  • Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and contracting.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000.
  • Total Compensation at Plan: $220,000 – $240,000.
